Frequently Asked Questions
What is Peel?
Peel is a browser extension that compares prices across stores and retailers to find you better prices when you shop online.
Is Peel free?
Yes! Peel is 100% free to install and use. No signup or registration is needed either.
How is Peel different from other extensions?
Peel was built to restore trust in savings extensions. We never hide cheaper prices just because we don’t earn a commission. And we never overwrite affiliate links or steal commissions either. Support your favorite creators by making sure they still get credit when you shop through their links all while helping you save money at the same time. How does Peel make money?
Peel uses affiliate links when available. If you click on a product and buy through our extension, we may earn a small commission from our partnered merchants at no extra cost to you.
However, Peel is always unbiased and committed to finding you the best price. To achieve that, we partner with as many stores as possible, even ones we don't have a partnership with.
Most importantly, Peel never replaces existing affiliate links. If you're shopping through a creator or influencer's link, they still get full credit for the purchase. Our mission is to support both creators and shoppers fairly.
Which sites does Peel work on?
Peel works on over 50,000 online stores and retailers. Whether you're shopping for tech, fashion, clothes, home goods and more, Peel automatically checks for better prices in the background so you can feel confident you’re getting the best deal.
What browsers does Peel work on?
Currently, Peel works across Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Support for Safari is coming soon.
Does Peel work outside the US?
Peel is primarily designed for US-based stores and pricing. While it may still appear on international product pages, deal comparisons and availability are most accurate for users in the United States. That said, we hope to expand our extension internationally in the near future.
Does Peel track my data?
No. Peel does not collect any personal data or browsing history. It only sends product info needed to generate deal comparisons.
